I am living in low income housing with a disability and I am a single parent. It seems no one who runs our building has any concern about creating a healthy environment.
My son has asthma and we are fighting to live in a healthy home and fighting for people with lung problems living in low income housing. In our building we have poor air and patched up walls full of mold. All of this impacts your life. Having lung disease is a daily struggle when you have to take mediation everyday to stop the asthma attacks due to air quality, climate change and poor housing
We need to take action to help those living with lung disease and fight for clean air.
