In addition to the unregulated chemicals in fragrance products that can be triggers, the fad of wood burning is even more life-threatening. Cleveland, Ohio’s air pollution department doesn’t take wood burning seriously enough, with residents and restaurants ignorant of the harm particle pollution causes to people and neighbors—especially children, the elderly and those with lung problems.
