Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Funding

The Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Funding grade tells you if your state legislature is investing enough money to programs that prevent and reduce tobacco use.

Smokefree Air Laws

The Smokefree Air Laws grade tells you how well your state protects you from toxic secondhand smoke in public places and workplaces.

Access to Cessation Services

The Access to Cessation Services grade tells you how well your state is doing in providing people who use tobacco access to proven treatments to help them quit.

State Tobacco Taxes

The Tobacco Taxes grade tells you whether your state's tobacco taxes are high enough to prevent and reduce tobacco use.

Flavored Tobacco Products

The Flavored Tobacco Products grade tells you to what extent your state has taken action to limit or prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products.
