Kiara Smith is the Development Coordinator for the American Lung Association in Cleveland, Ohio. She works collaboratively with her team to organize three signature events where the funds raised at these events directly support our critical education, advocacy, and research efforts. Kiara also handles the marketing and communications for these events by creating content for social media and working with local businesses to create unique partnerships to further our mission's reach. She attended The Ohio State University and earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a Public Health Minor. Kiara’s background drives her commitment to ensuring access to safe affordable housing and healthcare for all. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, especially her son.
