I've had asthma for 51 years. For the last two years I've been living in an apartment owned and operated by a shelter that's HUD funded. For the past two years, despite providing proof, I've been subjected to secondhand smoke by other tenants. I've sent videos, pictures and many many requests for them to enforce their "no smoking" policy. Their solution is to evict me. Siting that my conduct is an issue. Come May 5th I might be homeless because I just wanted to breathe.
