Grace M., NM

I began working with American Lung Association in 2015, after the death of my mother Donna, who had lung cancer. As a loving daughter and caregiver, I saw firsthand how this disease impacts families and realized that so many families are affected. I wanted to use my experience and influence to educate the community on this.

This year, over 1,000 New Mexico residents will be diagnosed with lung cancer and many others with other lung disease. We are a stronger force when we come together to fight this illness.
