I am now a very lucky lung cancer survivor. This is due to early detection that only required surgery and no additional treatments. I have been given me a new lease on life. I will continue my scheduled screenings and strive to live a healthy and active life. I share this in the hopes that I can encourage annual screenings for all. Non Small Cell Lung Cancer has no symptons, you only have symptoms after it has spread to other organs. November is Lung Cancer Awareness month and maybe a good time to schedule your lung CT.
