Three years ago, my husband, Bobby, was diagnosed with Stage IV ALK-positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. Today, we are grateful that his disease is stable and not progressing, thanks to advancements in science and the targeted TKI therapy, Alectinib.

Throughout this journey, we’ve been deeply encouraged by the support we’ve received from loved ones and our community. However, there remains a significant need for funding to combat this disease. The progress in lung cancer research has been nothing short of miraculous, but there is still much work to be done. These brilliant scientists, researchers, and doctors need continued resources to drive breakthroughs.

Today, there is more emphasis on finding solutions to extend and improve lives, and one of our greatest hopes is to witness even more advancements—and to contribute to finding a cure. With the growing attention and resources dedicated to lung cancer, we believe that a cure is within reach.
