The American Lung Association was a proud recipient of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Approach to Chronic Disease Education and Awareness grant. Through the Addressing COPD project, the Lung Association utilized a comprehensive public health approach to improve prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and management of COPD.
From September 30, 2022, through September 29, 2024, we achieved the following:
