Comfort For A Cause: Jackson Comfort Set to Benefit the American Lung Association Throughout November

Local HVAC specialists will donate for each service call, tune up and new furnace purchase to benefit lung health

Jackson Comfort Services is partnering with the American Lung Association this November to help defeat lung cancer, advance early detection, and champion clean air for all. Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States. For the entire month of November in honor of Lung Cancer Awareness Month, Jackson Comfort Services will be donating directly to the American Lung Association through their Comfort For A Cause program.

“At Jackson Comfort Services, we’re proud to stand alongside the American Lung Association in the fight against lung cancer and for cleaner air for all. Being in the HVAC industry, indoor air quality is a key part of what we do every single day. We understand the vital importance of clean, healthy air inside every home, and we’re honored to support the mission of improving lung health across our communities. It’s a privilege to join our neighbors and customers in the effort to fight this devastating disease and help create a healthier future for families throughout Northeast Ohio,” said Ryan Collins, Marketing Coordinator at Jackson Comfort Services.

“Each service call will help save lives and move research forward here in Ohio. We appreciate the Jackson Comfort team for their overwhelming commitment to make a lasting impact in the community,” said Catherine Widemire, Development Manager at the American Lung Association. “Ohio is ranked 43rd in the nation for rate of new lung cancer cases, making our state one of the bottom 10 states with 63.88 cases per 100,000 people.”

The mission of the American Lung Association is to end lung cancer and lung disease, made possible through impactful donations from the community and the volunteers who propel the mission forward. As part of the partnership, Jackson Comfort will be inviting each customer to participate in the annual Fight For Air Climb and give back to the community.
