Our county received a failing grade. I'm not surprised by this. Practically everyone here either has a wood stove or fireplace. There are many days that we can't go outside of our own home.

I have COPD, and it's so very hard for me to breathe especially when the humidity and smog is so horrible during the summer. Hopefully, we'll be moving soon because I feel like a prisoner in my own home. Even on days that are ordered as no burning days because of dry conditions doesn't stop these people from backyard burning. There are no laws that I know of to make these people stop.

There is no such thing as a carpool down here. Traffic is always backed up for at least a mile, and I can guarantee that 90 out of 100 cars only have one person in the car. No one cares. I feel like any progress that's being made in one state is being destroyed by another unfortunately. So sad for future generations…
