I presently work in building maintenance and my employer has specific rules about smoking tobacco and marijuana in the leases of the apartment complex that I work at. The residents ignore these rules and effectively hurt the health of everyone around them because they won't stop their tobacco and marijuana use. These choices effect my lung health, my co-workers and the health of fellow residents. We need better laws, including fines for tobacco and marijuana use while being inside apartment buildings because I don't need to die young. Please joing me in fighting this battle.
