Wynette V., UT

As a child I was very active and strong. The air quality in Utah and pollution from coal burning etc. did have an effect. I was very ill several times in my childhood and teen years, not attributing it to pollution, because we didn't know this back then.

Now as an adult, I have struggled for the past 15 years with breathing difficulties and sensitivity to pollution. My mother died at 56, sister at 51, and I believe the air quality was a major factor.

I now have adult children and grandchildren who all have breathing disorders. We are constantly ill, and the state is continually bringing in polluting power plants and industry

I must find a way to relocate my entire family. I would like to help people and governments understand this issue for our nation is critical.
