The Lung Association is offering 50 newly enrolled participants a free air cleaner for their bedroom (up to $200 value) to help improve indoor air quality at home. Our Lung Health Navigators are registered nurses and respiratory therapists. This program provides FREE and customized one-on-one education and support for individuals living with lung disease.
Eligibility Requirements
People living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including emphysema and chronic bronchitis, are eligible to participate in this promotion. The first 50 people who enroll with a Lung Health Navigator by August 31st, 2026, and complete at least THREE educational sessions will be eligible to receive a free mechanical HEPA air cleaner for their bedroom (up to a $200 value). 50 air cleaners are available with this offer.
Enrollment Details
Enroll in the Lung Health Navigator program by calling (tollfree) 866-252-2959, emailing helplineinfo@lung.org, or filling out the interest form below or from this web page.
Enrollment with a Lung Health Navigator will need to take place between August 1st, 2026, through August 31st, 2026. The third educational session will need to be completed or scheduled on or before September 30th, 2026. After the third educational session, participants are eligible for the air cleaner. The cost of the air cleaner and shipping to the participant will be covered by the American Lung Association. Product warranty and filter replacement information will be provided to each participant receiving an air cleaner.
No purchase is necessary. No substitutions are allowed. This promotion is available for new program participants only. Past participants who received an air cleaner are not eligible.
