Jenna Zaffino
Welcome to the PCN Wellness Hub. I'm Jenna Zaffino, certified health and wellness coach and your guide on the side. I'm here to help you navigate through our unique collection of wellness practices that were specifically designed for people living with lung disease. At the American Lung Association, we know that living with lung disease is challenging. We also know that it's a highly individualized experience that differs from one person and one disease to the next. That's why we've created this unique online space where members of the patient caregiver network can receive a variety of different practices and access points to attend to their wellness on a daily basis with body autonomy and choice intel. The PCN Wellness Hub is organized into 6 6 user friendly libraries. There's energized life, where you can find a variety of movement practices for varied energy and ability levels, mindful compass, where you can explore practical meditation and mindfulness techniques for stress reduction, shared strength, our partner practice library that's designed to help strengthen the bonds between you and your friends, family, or caregivers.
Self inquiry, where you'll explore your inner world through journaling and self discovery exercises. Empowered kitchen, where you'll discover healthy recipes and nutritional guidance. And the learning lounge, where you can listen to expert interviews and inspiring patient stories. Remember, before you start adding any additional activity or practicing breath work, it is best to check-in with your health care provider to be sure that you have the adequate guidance for your specific needs. The PCN wellness hub is here to support your journey towards well-being. I invite you to explore our various libraries and choose practices that truly resonate with you. The hope is over time, you'll be able to collect some of your favorites and develop a personalized wellness routine that supports you each day. Thank you for watching and I look forward to seeing you in a class or a practice soon.
And remember, you are strong and resilient and the small moments matter. I'll see you soon.
