Hi everyone, I'm Jenna. Welcome to the Shared Strength Library. In this space you'll find practices that are designed with 2 people in mind, yourself and a friend, family member, loved one, or your caregiver. We know that when exercise is experienced in partnership, it often brings about a greater sense of joy, connection, and collaboration, and even meaning and purpose. And those are the things that are the foundation for each practice you'll find in this space. Our partner practices are designed to help you work together with your partner, whether it's through flexibility activities, strength building activities, or even brain fitness activities, you'll find that the more you work together, the more you'll get out of this experience. My hope is that you'll block out a little time each week to practice with a partner. This consistency will help strengthen the bond between the 2 of you and also give you a chance to see each other's progress as you work through each of the challenges.
Be sure to take a look at the classes that are already in the library and know that there are many more to come. And remember, you are strong and resilient, and the small moments matter. I'll see you in a class real soon.
